  • Q: Can i book for longer (5 hours +)?

    A: Yes, Please contact us via Facebook to confirm 

     

    Q: What payment methods do you accept?

    A: Cash, bank deposit, Eftpos on-site, Afterpay. Eftpos & Afterpay payment will incur a transaction fee. 

     

    Q: What happens if its raining on the day of my event?

    A: Light mist is okay. If its raining on the day, we will cancel your booking and refund any payment made MINUS the $30 non-refundable deposit. 

     

    Q: What are the age and/or weight limits?

    A: See our terms and conditions when booking to see this information

     

    Q: Can i pick up and drop off the equipment myself?

    A: No. This is not something we'd consider

     

    Q: Can you stay with the equipment and supervise users?

    A: Possibly. There will be an additional charge of $60 per hour if you require a member of our team to stay. All liabilty remains with you, the hirer. Please contact us.

     

    Q: Why is the Soft Play Equipment weather permitting? 

    A: Due to the quantity of pieces in our softplay sets, this equipment must be transported by trailer. 

     

    Q: Is set up and pack down of the equipment included in my time?

    A: No, We will arrive up to 60 minutes before your booking starts to set up. There is no additional charge for this.
