1 - I declare that and authorize, freely, clearly and unequivocally, it is my will to receive information regarding the services provided by Estúdio 21 - Rockschool® Funchal and that I authorize contacts for this purpose.

2 - I authorize the use of my image or that of my student in any and all material including photos, documents and other media, to be used in promotional and institutional campaigns, whether intended for dissemination to the general public and/or only for internal use of this institution, provided that there is no distortion of its purpose.

The holder of this data is guaranteed the right of access, right of rectification, alteration or definitive elimination.
