We are very excited that you have decided to move forward with a Beaufort Rentals home! Before we put the lease together, we just need you to confirm your understanding of a few items. Please enter your information, and after you've reviewed the statement below, hit the record button and read it allowed. If there are any terms that you don't agree to, please be sure to reach out to Richelle or Donna to discuss them before you record your statement.

1. I have fully inspected the property in person and I don't expect any additional work including cleaning and maintenance, to be completed prior to move in.
2. Pets are not allowed on the property for any length of time unless written in the lease. Any pets found on the property will be subject to fines in accordance with the lease.
3. Rent must be paid online and is subject to late fees after the 5th.
4. I can not terminate my lease prior to the end of it's term, and 30 days written notice is required at the end of my lease.
