Banner Placement
Banners are installed along the stadium turf/track area, facing the interior of the football field on both the north and south sides.

Season Timeline
Sponsorship runs from March through the end of the Fall season each year.

The next sponsorship period begins March 2025 and continues through the conclusion of the 2025 Fall season.

Your banner will be featured during the following Troy High School sporting events:

• Boys Soccer
• Girls Soccer
• Boys Lacrosse
• Girls Lacrosse

Additional Exposure

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON ADVERTISING EXPOSURE: 

Football -- in the past two seasons, we have hosted 5 home games (out of a 9 regular season schedule). While attendance depends on many variables such as weather and opponent, we typically welcome 1,000-1,200 for a normal game. Some of the school districts that we compete against each yare are: L'Anse Creuse, Detroit Mumford, Berkley, Birmingham Seaholm, and North Farmington.

Boys Soccer -- Typically has between 10-12 home games during the regular season. Alike Football, the attendance depends on multiple variables. One unique thing about our Soccer program is that they play/host teams from all around the state -- Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, Traverse City, Saginaw, Macomb County, and even an Ohio school.

Streaming Service -- Another thing to note is that we have a streaming service called NFHS Pixellot that broadcasts all home events in the stadium. This can be watched from anywhere in the world and is a subscription-based service. This maximizes the advertisement to not only the consumers who are at the venue, but also to those who are watching from a device.

TROY HIGH SCHOOL BANNER GUIDELINES:

All banner advertising must comply with the Troy School District Advertising Guidelines.

The Troy School District Athletic Administration Department will maintain final approval of all banner ads.  It will reserve the right to decline any advertiser if district guidelines are not met.  
All banner advertising at Troy High School will be directed through the Troy High Athletic Boosters to ensure uniformity.
All banners will be removed at the end of each season and used next year if you continue with your sponsorship. 
Please provide a high-resolution logo with desired advertising content and this completed form.  

ONE TIME COST

$180 for 4ft Banner

$360 for 8ft Banner

PER SEASON BANNER COST:

$625 for Spring 2025 outdoor season (Mid-April - June)

$625 for Fall 2025 outdoor season (Mid-August - November)

 

Additional information on Banner Cost:

Production cost for banner is $180 for 4 foot or $360 for 8-foot banner.

The production cost for the banner is a One-time cost.  Once produced the banner can be used for multiple outdoor seasons (Spring and Fall).  If design work is needed there is an extra charge of $65/hour billed in ½ hour increments.

EXAMPLE:  The cost for a 4-foot banner for two seasons (Fall / Spring) would total $1,430 ($625*2 plus $180).   An 8-foot banner for the same two seasons would total $1,610 ($625*2 plus $360).   The production and first season would be due up front and the following season payment would be due prior to start of the subsequent season.

Please provide us with a VECTOR file.

A vector file is an image that can be made infinitely large without losing quality, and usually comes as an .AI, .EPS, .PDF, or .SVG file

.AI = (Adobe Illustrator) AI files are native vector file type for Adobe Illustrator.  

.EPS = (Encapsulated PostScript) is the standard vector file format for the print industry.

.PDF = (Portbale Document Format) files that cannot be modified but still need to be easily shared and printed

.SVG = (Scalable Vector Grapics) are an excellent choice for logos, icons, or any image that needs to appear shar and high-quality, no matter the size. 

Dimensions are 34" H X 96" W for the 8 foot banner. 

Attached is the pdf template for the banner in case you want to set up your own bleed.  If we get an image that’s exactly the size of the banner (34" x 96") we will set up our own bleed that guarantees there will be no unprinted material visible.
