    Our Academic Coaches (Virtual Teaching Assistants) are highly qualified, experienced practitioners who most frequently serve as the liaison between the university faculty member and the students.  The Academic Coach is not the faculty or the instructor of record but providing instructional support, acting in a similar role to a Teaching Assistant who supports a Faculty of Record within the online courses.  The exact qualifications and requirements of an Academic Coach are tailored according to individual university and program needs.  Please click the detailed Job Posting below for more information and what areas we are currently seeking to meet the needs as requested by our university partners.

    The majority of the programs and courses we support are at the graduate level and have been developed for the adult (25+) working professional population. These programs are fully online and usually accelerated, with courses 5-9 weeks in length.

    • If a field does not apply to you, enter “N/A.” The system will not allow missing required information.

    • Pay close attention to formatting in “Date” fields (e.g., Month [MM] and Year [YY or YYYY]).

    • The areas you select under “Areas of Qualifications” must be supported by your conferred graduate degree(s) - Master's, Post-Master's, and Doctoral/Terminal.

    • You must have completed 18 or more GRADUATE-LEVEL credit hours in the selected areas. Any undergraduate-level credit hours DO NOT apply and should not be included or considered when selecting your area(s) of qualifications. All listed degrees must be verifiable with official transcripts.

    • Your educational background and experience must match the resume you upload. Discrepancies may result in removal from consideration.

    Required Documents for Submission
