About AHG Presentations

The Alberta Herbal Gathering is a deeply nourishing weekend for building connections with medicinal plants and a community of people passionate about herbs in Alberta. Featuring workshops, plant walks and Make-it events, the AHG welcomes innovative and well-researched presentations with a focus on medicines from nature. Workshops are led by Albertan and Northern American herbalists, as well as experienced teachers and researchers in related fields.

Teacher Information

Please fill your name and contact information below and enter up to 3 workshop proposals. Workshops are 90 minutes in length (unless otherwise arranged). Workshops can be in the line of plant walks, tutorial, DIY make-it workshop, educational, beginner, advanced - you name it! If supplies are needed please include details such as estimated budget and max # of participants. We offer an Honorarium of 100/hour (150 per 90 min workshop). Accepted presenters will be contacted in the next 8 weeks. Due to volume of proposals, we're not able to reply to presenters who aren't accepted for 2023.
