  • Thank you for choosing L. Nicole Designz & Embroidery LLC. Here are a few things you need to know before you are quoted: 

    1. We Require your artwork to be digitized in order to recieve an embroidery quote. You can provide your own ditigized file (in DST format ONLY) or we can digitize the file for a fee ranging from $25-$75.
    2. Less than 5 Vinly printed garments will include a $20 small order fee. 
    3. Turn around time is 4-7 business days based on the quantity of your order and our current production volume.
    4. All communication will be done via email or by phone, NOT on instagram.
    5. We are a home based business (not a store). We have a drop off/ meeting location that will be given to after you receive a quote and a deposit has been paid. We do provide local delivery within 10 miles a delivery fee will apply.

    CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENT WAIVER

     

    At L. Nicole's Designz & Embroidery LLC, we strive to provide the best quality service at competive rates while paying attention to detail. Embroidery can be a little fickle and occasionally during the production process. a garment or item will get damaged. Sometimes we may experience unexpected results during the sewing process. There may be a misunderstanding of color placement of the design, therefore we encourage full participation in mock up designs with exact desired measurements.

     

    We cannot replace garments or items we have not sold or provided. If you supply the garment or item and tthere is a problem we do not replace your item. Your damaged piece will be returned to you as is and a deduction for the work done to the item will be applied to the balance.  Problems do not arise often, but the customer must be aware and agree to the possibility. 

     

    By signing this waiver, the customer releases L. Nicole Designz & Embroidery LLC of all responsibility in the instance of damaged or unexpected results to the customer’s supplied garment or item to be embroidered.
