We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Footwear Salesperson to join our team in the St. George store, and help our customers find the perfect pair of shoes while contributing to a positive shopping experience.

As a Footwear Salesperson, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers and assisting them in selecting the best footwear to meet their needs. Your role will involve understanding customer preferences, managing inventory, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience. We work with the best brands in the industry including Brooks, Chaco, Hoka, and many more. In addition to working with the top brands, you'll have access to special employee-only discounts and exclusive vendor deals!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, answering questions, and addressing any concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Actively engage with customers to promote new products, upsell complementary items, and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our footwear brands—including Brooks, Hoka, Chaco, On, and others—along with current trends, features, and benefits to confidently recommend the right products.
• Ensure merchandise displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing; restock shelves and manage inventory as needed.
• Accurately provide pricing and sale information, and stay up to date on current promotions and vendor updates.
• Assist with merchandise processing and help maintain proper stock levels on the sales floor and in the backroom.
• Keep the department neat and safe by following store procedures and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support store goals and contribute to overall team success.

Qualifications

Required

• Must be able to work mandatory sales events and peak retail hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in footwear or fashion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused, friendly approach.
• Basic knowledge of footwear styles, materials, and current fashion trends.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with customers.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and support coworkers.
• Able to maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor.
• Quick to learn and share accurate product and pricing information.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work with a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.
