Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, fair, and professional attitude.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, helping them find the right sizes, styles, and products.
• Provide accurate information on merchandise, pricing, promotions, and brand features, offering informed recommendations.
• Promptly and professionally resolve customer questions or concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure merchandise displays are fully stocked, neat, and visually appealing.
• Assist with restocking, light inventory tasks, and checkout as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and complete daily tasks.

Qualifications

Required

• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work mandatory sale dates, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with the confidence to initiate conversations and engage customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to provide quick, accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
• Willingness to learn product features, brand standards, and current promotions.
• Committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sales floor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Helpful

• Previous retail experience.
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience assisting or supporting customers in selecting apparel and accessories.
• Familiarity with athletic and outdoor clothing, footwear, and gear.
• Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge across multiple brands and categories.
