By signing this form, you agree to the following:
Placement: We will make every effort to place a nanny that fits your family’s needs. Availability may be affected by emergencies, illness, or weather. Emergency backup care is available if you opt into our Care Assurance Plan.
Safety: You agree to provide a safe, welcoming environment for your nanny. Acts of aggression, violence, or unsafe conditions (including aggressive pets) will result in immediate termination of service.
Communication: All scheduling and booking must go through Reliable Nanny Connection, not directly with the nanny.
Booking Fees: A $50 daily booking fee applies for any care requests outside your contracted schedule (with a 4-hour minimum). Booking fees are required to secure care.
Direct Hiring Policy: Booking or referring Reliable Nanny Connection nannies outside of the agency will result in legal action.
Payment Policies:
Refunds (if applicable) take 90 days to process.
Services rendered are non-refundable.
Placement fees apply only when a written or verbal offer of employment is accepted.
Rates Overview:
Daily booking fee: $50/day with 24 hours notice
Sick care: Additional $2/hr
Permanent Placement Fees:
Full-time: $1000 (29+ hrs/week)
Part-time: $750 (up to 29 hrs/week)
Nanny share: $1800 (split between 2 families)
Live-in nanny: $2000
Care Assurance Plan (Optional):
$150/month for part-time
$250/month for full-time
On-call backup care at $30/hr
Urgency Placement: Need a nanny right away? We offer a $600 urgency fee for immediate temporary placement (contracted care within 48 hours).
Payroll & Contracts: Families are responsible for setting up payroll and drafting a contract with their nanny within 2 weeks of the care start date.
Cancellation & Late Policy:
Canceling care with less than 48 hours notice requires paying 50% of the nanny's scheduled time.
Late pickups beyond 15 minutes require an additional hour of nanny pay.
Families must stay in touch monthly while securing a placement. Lack of communication may result in a restart of placement and new fees.
Replacement Policy: If a nanny replacement is needed due to agency error, we’ll provide one at no extra cost. If a family chooses to end care early, a new placement fee applies.
