We are looking for Database Administrator who are responsible for managing all the activities related to database system, as a member of our DBA Team. Their duties include creating, maintaining, monitoring, and managing the databases of the company's information technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Install, Upgrades and Configures the database software.
- Manage and Monitor database availability, data usage, capacity, performance, data integrity etc.
- Manage and Maintain database access, privileges to align security policies and governance.
- Perform Backup, Restore and Disaster Recovery tasks.
- Perform data replication, migration, and data distribution.
- Setup, Develop and Custom the monitoring and alerting on database performance, jobs etc.
- Assist developers and end-users with database objects changes, query development and tuning.
- Analyze and troubleshoot database issues.
- Collect and maintain database documentation.
- Available on call support as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineer.
- 3+ years' experience as a Database Administration.
- Strong Technical Knowledge and skill of RDBMS: MS SQL. Knowledge of Oracle database or NoSQL is advantages.
- Knowledge in Windows and Linux environment.
- Strong in SQL command base on T-SQL, PL-SQL and SQL tools. PowerShell or Unix shell scripting skill is advantages.
- Knowledge of SQL components, solutions and related tools: Data replication, Data integration, Data Protection etc.
- Up to date with IT trends and developments in database administration.
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Good command of English.
