• Welcome to the

    Scholarship Application

  •
  • Thank you for applying for a junior tennis scholarship.

Providing juniors with opportunities to learn tennis is the Foundation’s mission. Understanding that there may be certain financial obstacles to receiving professional instruction, we award scholarships towards tennis lessons at The Racket Club of Crystal Lake Park District.

The decision as to who will be chosen for scholarships will be made by the Memorial Foundation’s independent selection committee comprised of individuals highly experienced in tennis and education. Your completed application is due by March 31. If you have any questions regarding the application, please contact Conni at 847-658-5688, extension 2015.

On behalf of the Herrick – Thomas Memorial Foundation Board of Directors, I wish you the best in this year’s scholarship application process.

    Yours Truly,

    Rob Laue

    President
