S-Anon Group Registration Form

The S-Anon World Service Office (WSO) will register any group designating itself as an S-Anon Family Group, with the following understandings: 1) The group will abide by the Twelve Traditions of S-Anon and, in particular, that group meetings will be open to all who qualify for S-Anon (Tradition Three), and 2) The group will use S-Anon Conference Approved Literature (CAL) as the primary recovery tool and other CAL only as a compliment to S-Anon published literature. By completing this form, the group acknowledges a commitment to these guidelines.

The S-Anon WSO asks that all groups submit an update at least once a year, even if meeting information hasn’t changed. Maintaining accurate meeting records is essential to ensuring newcomers and members are able to find support when and where they need it.
