National Staffer Contract Terms

1) This is a one-year contract. It will go into effect when this form is signed and and your payment is received. This contract will expire one year from the signed date.

2) As a National Staff member, you are required to wear I AM Bowling™ jerseys during all bowling competitions. Exceptions apply for events that have specific jersey requirements.

3) If you do not have an account on www.iambowling.com, you must create one, then contact us at info@iambowling.com with the email address used to make your account.

4) You will receive preferential staffer pricing on all of our products through your unique account login. You may purchase items for your immediate family using this account. We require that you provide friends with your coupon code and that they create their own account to make purchases.

5) You will select a personal coupon code to share with your fans, friends, and family. This coupon code cannot be used with any purchases made through your National Staffer account. Coupon value is 20% off on both online and offline purchases, bowling equpiment excluded. It is important to note that all sitewide promotions on www.iambowling.com are automatic, meaning that others can use your coupon code in conjunction with any ongoing sales to enjoy extra savings.

6) You will receive 5% commission on all purchases using your personal coupon code. Commissions will be paid monthly in the form of store credit.

7) Coupon Usage Commission Bonuses:

A. If usage of your coupon code results in $300-$599 in sales in one month, your commission will be raised to 10%.

B. If usage of your coupon results in $600 or more in sales in one month, your comission will be raised to 15%.

C. Commission bonuses reset every month.

8) You should be making social media posts to promote your coupon code using #iambowling, #teamiambowling, and #bowlingisfun hashtags whenever I AM Bowling™ is mentioned or when you are posting about your bowling performance.

9) You will receive 15% commission on all referred business. We accept orders of any size for bowling jerseys, DTF corporate apparel, DTF Transfers, DTF UV stickers, screenprint, and more. Referred customers must mention your name during the ordering process for you to receive the commission. Orders cannot be made in your name. Please refer all leads to info@iambowling.com. Commissions will be paid in the form of store credit monthly with your coupon commission.

10) Based your level of support for our brand, you may be promoted. In such case, your contract terms would change, but you would still retain any unused store credit. To be considered for a promotion, your coupon code must show substantial usage by others, or there must be other significant evidence that your marketing efforts are helping our brand.

11) Cancellation of contract:

A. The I AM Bowling™ brand reserves the right to terminate this contract if any terms are violated. This would also include (but not be limited to) your personal actions causing embarrassment to our brand or the violation of any laws.

B. You may cancel your contract at any time by providing a 30-day written notice, emailed to info@iambowling.com. You will retain any online store credit you have accumulated, but will immediately lose access to any staffer discounts and benefits.

12) I AM Bowling™ is not responsible for any violations of high school or collegiate rules that may occur as a result of signing this contract. It is the signee’s sole responsibility to ensure their own eligibility to participate in the program.

Important Notes

This is not a buy-in program and there is no membership fee to join.

Should you choose to join our team, you will receive store credit equivalent to the amount you've paid plus any bonuses that may associated with your chosen program.

We are asking that you make a commitment to our brand to become a National Staffer. We are offering special pricing and the benefits listed above only to those who are serious about representing us.

If you choose a one-time deposit plan, your credit card will be charged just once at the time of purchase.

If you choose a subscription plan, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase and at any renewal dates. Renewal dates occur every three months from the date of purchase for the quarterly plan and every twelve months from the date of purchase for the annual plan.

Subscription cycles will repeat until you choose to cancel. If you decide to cancel your membership, it is your responsibility to do so before the next renewal date to stop future charges.

We do not offer refunds once the next subscription cycle has been started.
