By placing an inquiry, donation, or signing up for any available private membership automatically or by signature, you are agreeing to all club and on site, online, app, and group rules. This ideminity clause holds true on all items. You agree to hold harmless on any issues that may arise on any Manitou Collective Group and all of it's affiliates. You are agreeing to all entities rules and conduct involved. You agree that you are 21 yrs old or older for recreational uses and accepts gifts under Michigan mmmp caregiver and adult use rules for private membership and donation items/rules and/or you agree that you're 18 yrs old or older and have a valid medical caregiver or patient card issued from the state of Michigan. You agree that all donations are for a private membership and/or a newsletter that comes with specific items at no costs. Membership rules will be made available for downloading and emailing or snail mail requests at any time and delivered once. You agree to be civil and conduct yourself fairly on any online site, app, or any properties ran/leased/owned by Manitou Collective Group and all it's affiliates. Your membership can be denied and all refunds null and void for not following the rules and outlines.
