READ CAREFULLY FIRST!
For the time being I am only working in black ink and graywash (I use Dynamic black ink and Dynamic graywash).
Please do not schedule anything after your appointment- rushing a tattoo is no good! If you're curious how long it may take, ask me and I can offer an estimate.
I CANNOT TATTOO YOU IF…
- you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- you have taken antibiotics within the 10 days leading up to your appointment.
- the placement you want tattooed has an active skin condition including acne, open wounds/ healing scars (scars must be at least 2 years old to tattoo), psoriasis, sunburn, rash, or any sort of infection.
Please talk to your doctor if you are on blood thinners and/or if you are immuno-suppressed.
STUDIO:
I am working at a shared appoinment-only studio in Southside Richmond. You'll receive the address after I receive your deposit.
Flash: I repeat each flash design a handful of times and then retire the design. You can check out my available flash in my Instagram highlights or look at my Flash Gallery. My Instagram highlights are usually updated more often than my website. Some of my flash are limited edition and only for one or two people. If you want a limited edition flash piece that's already been taken, I'm happy to make an altered version for you.
RATES:
I'm currently offering discounted machine tattoos since I'm still a beginner. :-)
The first hour of an appointment is $150, each additional hour is $100 (I round by the quarter hour when counting the time). My appointment minimum is $150. The first hour is a higher rate to cover the set-up, clean-up, materials, and administration work that goes into each appointment.
Custom projects require an additional nonrefundable $50 design fee to be paid along with your deposit (details below). The design fee, unlike your deposit, is not counted toward the final price of your tattoo: my minimum for custom projects is $200. You will receive a sketch/design 1-3 days ahead of your appointment so that I can get your feedback and make edits accordingly before you come in to get tattooed. My goal is always to have a final design you approve of before our appointment begins, and charging a design fee allows me to put the extra work into the custom design process. If you have a custom request that does not require drawing (e.g. handwriting, a kid's drawing/doodle, etc) I may skip the design fee.

DEPOSIT:
Your appointment is booked when we confirm a date via email exchange and I receive a nonrefundable $75 deposit from you via Venmo or PayPal (for custom projects the design fee is due along with the deposit). Your deposit goes to the final price of your tattoo. If your tattoo is a multi-session piece your deposit will be discounted from the final session. If you need to reschedule let me know at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment in order to keep your deposit when you reschedule. Appointments must be rescheduled for a date no later than one month after your original appointment in order to keep your deposit (you can reschedule further out but it will require a new deposit). You can reschedule ONE time with the same deposit. Canceling your appointment / no-showing forfeits your deposit.
No call no shows are blacklisted.
PAYMENT:
At your appointment you can pay via cash, Venmo, or PayPal but cash is preferred. Tips (monetary or not) are always appreciated but not expected.
