Salon Policies* This field is required.Cancellation Policy: I have a 48 hour cancellation policy that applies to all appointments. If any appointment is canceled OR rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time there will be a fee of $50. Free consultations are also subject to this fee. No show appointments and same day cancellations will be charged 50% of their scheduled services. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment it will be rescheduled for another date with an added $50 rescheduling fee. COVID Policy: Please reschedule your appointment if you or a member of your household have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. All appointments rescheduled due to COVID-19 must be at least 10 days past the original appointment date. Returns Policy: I have a no returns policy. If you are unhappy with any retail purchase please email me at emstylesatlanta@gmail.com and we will discuss any exchange options that may apply to your purchase. All extensions purchases are final sale and all deposits are non-refundable. If you feel there is a quality issue with any of your extensions please email me at emstylesatlanta@gmail.com. I can not guarantee the quality or longevity of any extensions if you do not follow the proper at home maintenance outlined in the at home maintenance guide. No refunds will be given on any services performed in the salon. If you feel your services were not performed up to standard please email me within 7 days of your original appointment at emstylesatlanta@gmail.com. Pricing & Payment: My pricing is reflective of the demand on my time as well as my education and products utilized. All pricing listed online is subject to change depending on length, thickness, and condition of hair. All services are accurately priced and no tips are expected. I accept all credit card companies as well as Venmo. If you would like to pay in cash please bring exact change. Communication Policy: I typically reply to all texts, DMs, and emails within a 48 hour period during my business hours (listed below). Any appointment cancellations or reschedules can be made through my website, please do not reach out to me to cancel or reschedule any appointments. Text messaging is my preferred method of communication. Photo Release: I give Emily Sherman Blondes & Extensions full permission to use any photo or video taken during my appointment on any of her marketing platforms or website.
