Models will be contacted as needed for specific service lessons. All services are preformed by Artists in Training that are in our training program. HAIRCUTS ARE COMPLIMENTARY. A *CASH ONLY* PRODUCT FEE WILL APPLY FOR COLOR SERVICES. THIS PRODUCT FEE CAN RANGE FROM $30-$100+ DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH PRODUCT IS REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE THE LOOK. All models must consent to giving BEE KIND STUDIO Artist full creative freedom with color and haircut goals. In addition, all models consent/understand that all services are provided by an Artist in Training who is learning through our training program.

A model fee applies to cover the cost of products used. COST MAY VARY DEPENDING ON USE OF PRODUCT NEEDED TO ACHIEVE DESIRED LOOK.

I acknowledge that a model fee will apply for color services. Haircut services are complimentary.
I further agree to waive, and to hold Bee Kind Studio and its employees harmless from, any and all claims or potential claims arising from the the coloring, cutting and/or styling of my hair, and the application of hair care and hair coloring products and formulation to my hair, including but not limited to any claims of liability, damages or personal injury, including and damages based on allergic reaction, damage to my hair or improper hair coloring. I represent that I am at least 18 years of age (or have had my guardian review this form), have read and understand the foregoing statement, and am competent to execute this agreement. I consent to being in all filming and photography that may be conducted during this training session and used for marketing and social media purposes.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW POLICY: To best serve our clients and our artists, we require a minimum 48hrs notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit our artists from being able to protect their time and accommodate clients on our waiting list. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 48hrs notice will be charged 50% of the booked appointment value. No shows and day of appointment cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked appointment value. Repetitive cancellations, rescheduling or no shows may result in inability to schedule with Bee Kind Studio. In the event of frequent rescheduling, a non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve future appointments. We thank you in advance for respecting our policies.*
