MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Stokes Photography CT LLC the photographer, to photograph myself, family member and / or any employees or people in attendance at the event. I hereby grant and understand that Stokes Photography CT may use my images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.
PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. My retainer for Stokes Photography CT LLC is Nonrefundable. If I need to reschedule I will give contact prior to 48 hours notice of said reserved session date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my retainer for a new session date. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but the photographer will try to accommodate the updated schedule.
