APPLICATION FEE

$50.00 Registration Fee includes:

- Contestant Participation in all competition events
- 1 chaperone admission pass to all competition events
- 2 Pre-Pageant Workshop tickets 

OPTIONAL FEES!

$25.00 for each additional category (One optional category is required)

SPONSORSHIP FEE (NOT DUE TODAY)

$500.00 (This fee can be broken into installments, this fee isn't due until April 15th)

I agree to abide by the rules and regulations, directives and provisions for the winners and participants as set forth in the official Prestige Participant Handbook and by the Cinderella International Board of Directors. I agree to hold International Productions & Publications, Inc., the Miss Prestige pageant and its directors and staff members harmless of all damages due to theft, accident or injury during or resulting from my child's participation in the Prestige pageant.

I accept the responsibility for the regulation of hours, personal conduct and activities of my child and affirm that the enclosed forms are true to the best of my knowledge and belief, including birth date, city and state of residence. I further understand that any false or misleading information will be sufficient reason for dismissal from the pageant without a refund.
