    This Christmas, we invite all believers in Santa to embark on an enchanting adventure like no other! Imagine receiving a personal invitation from Santa himself, delivered right to your doorstep—your journey into a world of festive wonder begins here!

    Start your magical experience at the Elf Grotto, where you’ll be gifted a special golden ticket to unlock your adventure. Whilst you wait for your magical journey to begin, why not create your own card crafting in the workshop! Here, you will collect any Elf Coins you've purchased to use for your visit!

    Then you will be directed through the secret door to hop aboard our Tractor-Sleigh, cheerfully driven by the jolly Elf Weyhey, and set off toward the Magical Woodland!

    Upon arrival, your golden ticket will be checked by the vigilant Elf Galathar, our official ticket inspector. With a sprinkle of magical fairy dust, you’ll gain the power to see the hidden elves as you explore the enchanted forest.  Purchase marshmallows, for toasting, with your Elf Coins too!

    Wander down Candy Cane Lane, where you’ll be captivated by Elf Tinsel Toes, our delightful storyteller, as she shares a reimagined tale of Santa in the Woodland Theatre.

    Next, unleash your creativity in the Toadstool Workshops, guided by Elf Faerydae, the Elf of Spells. Here, you’ll craft your very own wish list for Santa. Then, journey through the whimsical Gingerbread House, where you’ll perform a spell-casting ritual to send your wishes to Santa via flame mail—a truly magical moment!

    As excitement builds, visit Mrs. Claus at her cosy Cookie House, where a delicious homemade cookie awaits you. While you enjoy your treat, join Elf Elziba for festive games like Splat the Reindeer or Snowball Throw, as you await Santa’s grand arrival.

    Finally, step into Santa’s Cabin, where he’ll decide if you’ve been naughty or nice! All nice children will receive a special gift bag containing a cute soft toy and a gift voucher for an exciting return visit to Auchingarrich Wildlife Park in 2026! Santa will also gift you a unique and exciting Animal Trek voucher for two, to book at a date in 2026!  These special trekiking gifts last an adventurous thirty minutes, with your choice choice of trekking an Alpaca, Lamb, Donkey, or Goat (plus more to be released soon!)

    • How does the magic work? 

    • We believe in the magic of Christmas and want to make this immersive experience as enchanting and believable for the children as possible.

      When your child meets Santa, he will already know all about them including what's on their wish list. 

      We make this magic happen with your help.  You will need to provide us with secret information when making the booking that will be given to Santa in advance.

       

    • What is included? 

    • Christmas Wonderland at Auchingarrich is an immersive experience which lasts approx 90 mins

      You will receive

      - a personlised invitation for your child sent via Royal Mail

      - the option to decorate your own festive christmas card

      - a Tractor-Sleigh ride to the enchanted winter woodland

      - a walk through the magical elf woods

      - a mini woodland theatre performance by Tinsel Toes of the retelling of the story of christmas

      - a visit to the gingerbread house

      - a personalised meeting with the Elf Faerydae where your child will write a wish list and send it 'flame mail' to santa

      - a fun playtime with Elf Elziba 

      - a personalised one to one meeting with Santa in Santa's cabin

      - a gift voucher for a return trip to Auchingarrich Wildlife Park

    • How do we get to the event village? 

    • The adventure starts at the Elf Workshop at the main entrance, once you have entered the car park. 

      You will meet Elf Eryndor, who will welcome you to the Elf Workshop, leading you to the secret passage to the Tractor-Sleigh.

      Cheery Elf Weyhey will transport you down to the enchanted woodland in his magical Tractor-Sleigh. 

      Once off the Tractor-Sleigh, you will show your golden ticket. Your golden ticket covers any paid children, and accompanying adults.

      The Tractor-Sleigh will also bring you back to the Elf Workshop!

    • Do adults go free? 

    • Yes - adults are free!

      Each child wishing to have a personalised meeting with Santa and wishing to receive a gift bag must purchase a golden ticket. 

      This ticket allows unlimited adult family members to join in the fun and experience the enchanted wonderland with their child however, only the individual with the golden ticket will receive the gift from Santa.

      Each family group must have at least one golden ticket.

      Please note, the forest track is unsuitable for buggys, prams or wheelchairs so must be left at the Elf Workshop at the main entrance.

    • Is entry to the wildlife park included in the price? 

    • Yes - entry to the wildlife park is included in the price as a special promotion. The park is operated seperatly to the event but a special deal has been arranged. This will allow you to make the most of your days visit.

    • Do children have to be accompanied? 

    • Children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult when visiting Christmas Wonderland. The park is very large and children could easily become lost if they are on their own.

    • What are Elf Coins? 

    • To add a little extra magic to your visit, you can pre-purchase Elf Coins, our festive currency for the event!  

      Elf Coins can be used to purchase the Marshmallows for toasting, at the main foyer of the wonderland experience, or you can use them to purchase from a selection of pocket money toys and festive treats at the Elf Workshop, when you arrive back to the entrance/exit.

      Each Elf Coin is worth £1.00, but will cost 80p to pre-purchase, and will be ready for collection in a cute, festive pouch when you arrive.

      All specified items available for purchase with the Elf Coins will be £5 or under.

      The Gift Shop will be open during the event, for any other standard purchases.

    • What does Animal Trekking Gift Voucher mean? 

    • In your childs' gift bag from Santa, you will recieve a special gift voucher for an animal trek, that can be booked in 2026!

      An animal trek is a truly unique and exciting experience that lets you connect with incredible animals in a whole new way.  Imagine spending 30 minutes walking alonside your chosen animal, guided with a lead or harness, as you explore the park area together. Treat them with some feed and take care of their beautiful coats. It's not just a stroll - it's a chance to see the world through their eyes, discover their personalities, and learn fascinating facts about their species from experienced keepers.  Whether it's a curious Alpaca, a gentle Donkey or a enthusiastic pygmy goat, every trek is filled with fun, discovery and unforgettable moments.  Perfect for animal lovers of all ages, it's an adventure you will treasure forever!  

      These can be booked online, through our website, for a future visit, so keep them safe!

      Young children will need adult supervision.

      Each trekking experience is for up to 2 people.

    • Are refunds available? 

    • No.  If, for whatever reason, you are unable to visit, you may reschedule your visit to an alternative date by contacting the welcome team on 01764 679 469 at least 3 hours before you are due to arrive. Refunds will not be issued.

      In the case of bad weather or high winds, we reserve the right to cancel the show for your safety. Alternative dates will be offered. Unfortunately, no refunds will be offered.

  • Please select the date and time that you would like to attend the Christmas Wonderland Experience. The woodland theatre only holds a small number of people and is likely to get booked up fast. We apologise if your desired time slot or date is not available.

          • Christmas Card & Invitation From Santa

          • During November, Santa's Auchingarrich Elves start preparing all the personal invitations for the children attending.

            Each child booked will recieve their own invite and card.

            As they are coming from the north pole, please be sure to allow plenty of time between booking and attending. If, for whatever reason, your invitation isn't received in the post, please reach out to our welcome team, by email at hello@auchingarrichwildlifepark.co.uk

            Your booking will still be valid as per your confirmation email.

            We will do our best to get another card sent out if there is sufficient time.

          • Children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult when visiting Christmas Wonderland. 

            Daytime park admission is included in the booking, however must be used on the day of visit only.  This cannot be carried across.

            Refunds will not be provided for cancellations.  If your event is cancelled due to the weather conditions you will be offered an alternative date. If, for whatever reason, you are unable to visit, you may reschedule your visit to an alternative date by contacting the welcome team on 01764 679 469 at least 3 hours before you are due to arrive.

            Pre-Ordered Elf Coins can be used as payment for Marshmallows, at the wonderland walk entrance, and also for festive treats and toys in the Elf Workshop, at the entrance, only.  These are non-refundable and cannot be used to purchase items in the park gift shop or cafe.
