  • 1. Submit this application for admissions with the following documentation:

    1. Proof of completion of secondary education (or equivalent) such as a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or Homeschooling documents.
    2. Submit a copy of a government issued identification such as a driver's license or birth certificate.
    3. If you would like to be evaluated for transfer credit from another cosmetology program, submit official transcripts from the school.

    2. Pay the non-refundable $25 application fee.

    A decision regarding your admission will be made once the full application process has been completed. You will receive an official letter notifying you of the decision within 7 days after you meet all application requirements.
