Acceptance will be based on meeting criteria and based on need in categories of business. 2. Please give us 48 hours to review your application. If accepted, you will receive a formal acceptance email with a Vendor Agreement with payment instructions. Please sign ALL sections of the Vendor Agreement AND pay your vendor fee by the due date written in the acceptance email. Your booth will be given to the next vendor on the waitlist if we do not receive your payment within 5 days of your acceptance. Please check your spam box for our email. You will not receive a reminder email to pay your vendor fee. 3. IF WAITLISTED: This means your industry has reached capacity at our event. You will not receive a number on our waitlist. However, you will receive an email notifying you that you are on the waitlist. The waitlist is used up to the day of the event.
