South Central Area Fair Christmas Parade

Theme: Christmas at the Movies Application Fee: FREE!

The 72nd Christmas Parade in Hohenwald, Tennessee will kick off Christmas in Hohenwald on Thursday night, December 4, 2025 at 7 p.m.

We're not looking for a trailer full of people and a sign. We're looking for people to put their heart into their work and present a float truly worth showing off this year!

Please read the included rules and regulations and type your name below to indicate your understanding of the condition of your participation. - NO LIVE SANTA on floats (There is only 1 Santa, and you are not it. You will not ride through parade dressed as Santa)- NO Sirens during the parade - Lineup is between 4:00p.m. – 6:00p.m. - To line up, enter Memorial Park through the Smith Street gate and follow guide's instructions - All floats must use lights OTHER THAN vehicle headlights - The parade will exit Memorial Park by going right onto Forest Avenue at 6:50pm. Parade will begin at 7pm by turning right onto North Park Street, will then turn left on Linden Avenue, turn right on Maple Street, right on Main Street, and then turn left onto South Park Street where the parade will end at the Intermediate School Parking Lot. Winners will be announced live on Facebook that night, and checks may be picked up the following day at the Fair board office at 505 East Main Street.
