Service Agreement

ADVERTISING: client understands that makeup photography and videography will be taken by the artist to be used on social media platforms but not limited to. If client has any issues with this please notify the artist.
DEPOSIT: a 50% retainer is required to secure a date. This payment should be made no later than 48 hours after this agreement has been signed. This should be sent through email money transfer at harmonyodiase22@gmail.com. Please note that this is non-refundable. Appointments will only be reserved after a signed agreement and deposit has been received. Please note that this is done on a first come, first serve basis only.
FINAL PAYMENT: the final balance is due on the day of the appointment via email money transfer to harmonyodiase22@gmail.com. No checks are accepted and final payment should be made by the person who books the appointment.
DELAYS: A late fee of $10 will be charged for every 10 minutes of delay (including client not being ready upon arrival of artist). A delay of 30 minutes or more may result in a cancellation of appointment(s) without a refund. Please communicate any delays upon discovery to the artist, to allow for accommodations if possible.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY: bookings for events such as birthdays, graduations or proposals must be booked 3 days before service is required. Photoshoot bookings should be made at least a week before service is required and we strongly advise that bridal bookings be made 4 weeks before service is required. Cancellations should be made 3 days before date, but are not subject to refund.
ASSISTANT FEE: for bookings greater than 4, their might be a need to hire an assistant to ensure efficient makeup application. Client is responsible for extra travel fee for assistant.
TRAVEL FEE: for all services rendered on specific location are subject to a travel fees. This is a fee of $30 upwards, depending on location.
SERVICE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: set up table, electrical outlets and a clean and save work area should be available for artist at agreed location.
FAILURE TO PERFORM: obligation for artist to render services is subject to natural disasters, accidents or other reasons beyond human control. If any event were to occur client is entitled to full refund of deposit paid. Client shall not hold (Harmony Odiase or assistant) responsible for any allergic reactions developed as a result of application. Any allergies should be reported by client to artist prior to makeup application. Only high quality make-up is used.
BEHAVIOR: in order to have a pleasant and memorable experience, it is advised that client gives undivided attention avoid any distractions (e.g. being on the phone) and treat the artist with utmost respect. Client should also have brows cleaned by waxing, threading or through any preferred means prior to appointment. This ensures an effective and time efficient application process for person(s) receiving service.
