• Volunteers Wanted!

    We are looking for a great group of adult volunteers that will service our Youth & Community. LEOCode4 is a 501c3 charity whose brands serve youth, the community as well as our first responder agencies. *Future First Responders of America, our premier Youth Development program needs volunteers to help local units. *Code 4 Response Team is our volunteer staffed security and community/agency response team that aids local citizens, businesses and agencies with 100% of the donations going to support the youth programs. Any and all skill types are invited to join. Training and certain certifications are provided to the adult volunteers. No previous first responder experience is necessary.

  • Requirements: 

    1. Must be at least 18 years old.
    2. Have a valid drivers license or state identification with photo.
    3. Pass a background check
    4. Pass a secondary background check if working with youth.
    5. No felony convictions.
    6. At least 3 personal references (non-affiliated by family) which may or may not be required to check.
    7. Current or previous employment verification.
    8. Be able to volunteer as needed.
    9. Able to purchase the required uniform accessories. Example: black pants, boots and belt.
    10. Able to work collectively in a teamwork atmosphere.
    11. Must be able to obtain a fingerprint clearance card if needed.
    12. Must be able to obtain a state Guard Card for Armed and Unarmed security work if assigned.
    13. Those with exceptional skill sets, credentials or experience have the option to become ranked Officers that work on Specialized Teams.

  • Note:  

    • Once you application is submitted,  you will be contacted to schedule an interview with the volunteer committee. After the interview,  candidates will be notified by email or USPS of their acceptance or not. Accepted candidates will be on a probationary status until they complete all necessary procedures.
    • Volunteers will attend an orientation as well as academy depending on which group the candidate will Volunteer for. Those candidates that will need specific training such as AZ Guard Card, or CPR Instructor certification training will be registered through the personnel office of the organizations main offices. Any additional training will be scheduled as needed.
    • Official class B and/or class A uniform shirts will be issued at the conclusion of the 3 month probationary period. A class C organization polo will be issued until training is completed, the candidate passes FTO (field training) and has passed their probationary period. All issued items are the sole property of the organization.
    • Detailed information will be provided during the interview process.
