1. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booth space cost is required to secure your registration.
2. Any balance owed is to be paid in full 30 days after approval of the booth space unless permission has been given to pay in the following business year, in which case the balance is owed within the first week of the new business year.
3. Cancellation
Full refund of balance given, less $100 admin fee if cancelled by Nov 1st.
75% refund of balance given, less $150 admin fee if cancelled by Dec 1st.
50% refund of balance given, less a $175 admin fee if cancelled by Jan 1st.
25% refund of balance given, less a $200 admin fee if cancelled by Feb 1st.
No refunds after Feb 1st.
4. The organizer retains the right to refuse to lease space to any individual, group, or company that is not in harmony with the principles and objectives of NW MinCon. This decision is at the discretion of the NW Min Con Board.
