Terms and Conditions-

Allergens- All products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheats, nuts, soy and other allergens. I agree to let you know of this risk and you agree to hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

Deposits- Orders 60$ And over require a 50% non-refundable deposit one week in advance of invoice due date.

Final payment- Final payment is due (at latest) one week before pickup date. We reserve the right to cancel the order if payment is late.

Rush orders- Rush orders (7 days before order is needed) are subject to rush order fee and payment must be made in full same day order is placed.

Changes- We will do our best to accommodate any changes that are made 7 days before the order due date. Please note any changes are subject to extra charges.

Cancellations- Any cancellations must be notified 7 days prior to the due date above. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus 50% and the cost of any money already spent on supply. If cancellation happens within 7 days of the due date above you may request to transfer the order for a different date.

Refunds- 50% of all orders are non-refundable. You may qualify for a 50% refund if the product is brought back and determined the texture and flavor quality are determined not up to our standards. Cakes must be brought back within a timely manner preferably within 24 hours of pickup date and time- please call or email us promptly to let us know the issue. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Ani Designs. Please understand we can not issue refunds for cakes that have been mostly/completely eaten. Refunds are determined on what we see the quality to be.

Non-edibles- Our cakes will occasionally include non-edible items on or in the cake or treat. We will let you know which pieces can not be eaten. It’s your responsibility to ensure they are removed before serving.

Cake design- We cannot duplicate an exact copy of another cake artists work but we can ensure it’s a close in similarity.

Delivery/pickup- Once an order is no longer in our care (picked up or delivered) we are no longer responsible for any damages caused afterwards.

Cake Contract Agreement Your cake and treats are very important to us. Please carefully look over the cake details in the contract to make sure that everything is correct. If you find any mistakes please let us know immediately. By paying your deposit/invoice you are agreeing with the details of your order as stated in this contract as well as agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

***We reserve the right to refuse an order. ****To properly accommodate all orders appropriately, please pick up no earlier or no later than your allotted/scheduled time frame. Picking up early or late may result in a inconvenience/rush order fee.
