1) How Efficient Are You With Your Elixir Usage?
You pay some elixir for each card you use in play. Elixir continuously fills up (which doubles when 60 seconds are remaining). In addition to planning your deployment, consider if you will have enough Elixir on hand to defend. Or to provide support?
You cannot see your opponent's Deck. Thus you are unaware of any potential attacks. But as you play more games, you'll collect more knowledge that will enable you to calculate and forecast the cards your opponents will play next or the types of cards you'll encounter next.
2) Countering the Enemy's Cards
If left unchecked, the Skeleton Army, a straightforward low-elixir card, can deliver massive damage to your structures on its own. If you see a Skeleton Army headed your way, you must plan your response.
A Valkyrie is a fantastic choice because she quickly takes out groups of adversaries, and the Skeleton Army has a low HP total. However, a Skeleton Army is your most vital line of defense against an enemy Golem or Giant because they only target structures and slowly advance towards your towers. Your skeletons might quickly begin to chip away, thanks to this.
3) When Do Damaging Spells Get Used?
The game features various devastating spells that can be cast anywhere on the map. Their ability to deal with damage varies.
For instance, the Rocket causes a whopping 1,232 damage, whereas the Tornado only deals 140. Some spells have unique characteristics as well. While the Zap has a mini-stun that can make foes switch targets, the Poison deals DPS (damage per second).
To destroy towers that are out of reach for your soldiers, you must have at least two spells that directly damage your Deck.
4) Buildings and Spawners
There are fortifications like the Tesla and Bomb Tower (short-range splash damage, fast attack speed). A few passive structures are also present, such as the Elixir Collector and the Furnace, which both increase your elixir output and spawn Fire Spirits.
Spawners are troops, spells, or structures like the Furnace that can generate additional units. The Night Witch unit spawns bats, the Barbarian Hut structure spawns barbarians, and so forth. The Graveyard spell creates skeletons wherever on the map.
