By Signing this form you are agreeing to the services selected above that will be performed by Card Liberty. Signing this form states all cards are 100 percent your property. Any items not recommended for grading will be deducted from the invoice total under the selected service it was sent under. Those items will then be shipped back at your convienence, either when customer order returns or sooner for an additonal charge. Payment is due at the time cards are shipped to Grading Company. Email with proof of delivery to Grading Company will be sent to email provided above.

IMPORTANT: 50 percent of invoice total is due at time of submission completion. Balance left over is due at time of grading completion. Card Liberty LLC will hold order for 30 days from date cards are delivered. Failure to Pay within 30 days, Card Liberty reserves the right keep Property to recoup any losses.

Card Valuation: Card values are based on most RECENT SOLD comps that ca be located on Ebay sold, 130point.com, Terapeak o a written bill of sale. IF card is already Graded, the value used will be the CURRENT numerical grade as it sits before cracking. IF the card is Authentic only the value will be set at PSA 8/ BGS 8 value and averaged.
