2023 Annual Conference Space Request

Thank you for your interest in a gathering/social space during the 2023 ASCA Annual Conference. Please complete this form to request space for use at the Oregon Convention Center.
Please read these instructions carefully before submitting your request.

NOTE: ASCA Regions and ASCA Summits do not need to complete this form.

We encourage interested constituent groups, institutions, and ASCA leaders to utilize our conference spaces for brainstorming and/or planning meetings, networking, and/or social events.

Availability for space will be determined at the discretion of the Core Conference Committee. Our team will do our best to accommodate your request and any associated needs. There may be costs associated with any A/V requests.

The priority deadline date for requests is 11:59pm (PST) on October 24, 2022. Any requests made after this deadline will be reviewed on a first come, first serve basis.

COVID-19 Protocols for Conference Attendance
- Vaccinations (as of 09/22): In keeping with the Association's duty to care and responsibility as host, ASCA leadership strongly encourages all participants - whether a presenter, attendee, exhibitor, staffer, guest, or vendor — to be fully vaccinated. The CDC Vaccines website provides definitions of “Fully Vaccinated” and “Up To Date”. Attendees are asked to abide by any health and safety measures put in place by the hotel, convention center, City of Portland, and/or any other locations visited. Please note this is subject to change.
- Face Coverings (as of 09/22): In keeping with the Associations's duty to care and responsibility as host, ASCA leadership strongly encourages all participants — whether a presenter, attendee, exhibitor, staffer, guest, or vendor — to wear a mask or appropriate face covering. Attendees are asked to abide by any health and safety measures put in place by the hotel, convention center, City of Portland, and/or any other locations visited.
