Preceptorship Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in a preceptorship at Scott County Animal Hospital! We look forward to visiting with you more about this opportunity. Please fill out the information below so that we can best try to schedule you.

Our preceptorships will include a stipend, the potential for housing if needed, and we will do our best to provide you with small animal experiences in your area of interest as well as hands-on experience as much as possible. Credit may be available from Iowa State for your preceptorship - you will want to check with them regarding this - but we do have a board-certified veterinarian on staff.

Any preceptor applications received before November 30, 2022 will be entered to win a Grizzly soft-side cooler. The earlier we receive your application, the more flexibility we will have in scheduling.
