To request a trade in, please submit the form below with applicable details. Only 1 bit per form; please complete multiple forms if you have multiple bits to submit.

The Bit Barn is not responsible for duties and shipping fees, so please ensure that you prepay all costs in advance.

Please be aware of the following policies:

- Trade-in bits can only be from brands that we currently carry on our website: Bombers, Fager, Trust, Sprenger, Coronet, Shires, Waldhausen. 

- Bits must be metal mouthpieces and in good, clean condition. We cannot accept bits with damage, raised/sharp edges, etc.

- Not all bits are available for trade-in. We do not accept certain mouthpieces or cheekpiece styles. Please complete the Trade In form, and you will be notified if your bit is approved for trade in.

- You are responsible for any costs incurred to ship or deliver the used bit to us.

- All photos and information are required and incomplete forms will not be processed. 

- If your form is approved, we will contact you via email and provide you with an estimated credit amount; this amount may be subject to change based on the condition of the bit when it arrives.

- Store credit will be provided based on the condition of the bit when we receive it. You will be notified via email of the final credit amount.
