Finding a new stylist you trust and can help support you in reaching your hair goals is important. As a stylist I strive to have a trusting, communicative and collaborative partnership with each of my clients. For me, this begins with me knowing more about you and about your hair goals. With a shared understanding of these goals I can create a plan of how we should move forward. The more details the better for me! After recieving your completed form, I'll reach out 24-48 hour after (business hours Tuesday-Friday 10-6) with a booking link and which services to book for. Cancellation Policy: I understand that if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment I need to do so with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If I do not cancel my appointment within the requested time frame, I understand a fee representing $25 for each service missed will be added to my profile and must be paid before I book another appointment. For example, if you were booked for a cut and color service, the cancellation penalty would be $50.*

Retail Refund Policy: I understand that I may exchange any opened or unopened retail product within 14 days of purchase. My stylist will suggest an alternative product to meet my needs and the value of the product I am returning will be applied towards the new product. I understand that cash or credit back for returned retail products isn't an option. I understand that retail returns can't be used as a service credit.*
