Billing will be processed monthly on the 1st of each month. Payment will be auto debited from your preferred method using square.
Missed Appointment Policy
Cancellation: clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments will result in the session being forfeited unless rescheduled within the current month.
Roll over: if a client misses their scheduled appointment with proper notice, they can rollover the missed session to the following month or the next two months. However, the rolled over session cannot be booked within the same week as their other massage for that month.
Unused rolled over: unused the massages, including
rollover sessions, will be valid for up to three months from the date they were missed before expiring. After three months, any amuse sessions will be forfeited.
Transferability: both rollover and regularly scheduled sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
Refund policy: no refunds. All membership fees and payments for any massages are nonrefundable. This includes any used massages as well as any unused rollover sessions or payments made before the cancellation of the membership.
Additional details:
Booking restrictions- rollover sessions must be scheduled in advance and cannot overlap with the current months regular session.
Clients must provide a 30 day notice to cancel their membership. Any unused sessions or Rollo sessions will be lost upon cancellation of the membership.
