Request for Pre-Arranged Absence Form
When a student will be missing 3 or more consecutive days of school, parents must submit a "Request for Pre-Arranged Absence" form at least ONE WEEK in advance. Parents will be notified by administration as to whether or not the absences will be excused. Administration will also notify teachers of the upcoming absence, however, the student should also contact them regarding their absence.
Guidelines for completion of work:
Students are required to check Google Classroom for assignments they will miss.
Students should complete the assignments with limited assistance from parents.
Students must complete and turn in all work the day they return to school.
Students will have points deducted for any work that is not completed by the given due dates.
