Welcome to Lake Michigan LSV Sales Mobile Mechanic request form. Just a few short questions to submit. Once submitted, we will contact to you to discuss your issue and decide on next steps. Here is the process:

Submit this request form.
We call you to review issue and no charge.
If part or repair is indicated after discussion, you decide to proceed.
We will then submit a request to our Mobile Mechanic Team for an onsite visit. Service is $150 to visit your location within 30 miles of St. Joe, MI. Additional transportation charges beyond 30 miles may apply.
While we are on the phone, we will confirm your informaiton and take payment.
Our Mobile Mechanic will contact you within 48 hours and schedule the visit, disgnosis the issue, identify any parts that can be determined, and other details.
Once onsite, if the repair can be made at that time, they will complete the repair using our standard hourly labor rate of $125 per hour.
If parts are needed for the repair, parts will be ordered, and once received, a second visit will be made to complete the repair.
If a repair requires us to transport your cart to our Maintenance location for repair, we will schedule that with you. Additional transportation charges apply.
A final invoice for any additional parts, labor or transportation will be generated and we will take finaly payment.
