- This cultural awareness micro credential demonstrates commitment to increasing cultural competency in nursing and healthcare. This credential may be earned by current nursing students, local tribes/nations, hospitals, clinics, and the community at large in an effort to promote increased cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with diverse communities especially Native American communities.
