New non-loadbearing partitions forming a meeting room, utility room and washroom (WC and lavatory); dropped ceilings at the washroom, utility room and meeting room; two new interior swing doors and one framed glass door; kitchenette with owner-supplied cabinetry, sink and dishwasher; open office area. Clear-sealed concrete floor; painting of new surfaces.
Mechanical and electrical: one new roof-top unit with interior duct distribution and washroom exhaust; sprinkler head relocations and additions to suit new partitions; power, lighting, exit and emergency lighting adds and relocations; data rough-in.
