Criminal record
Due to the nature of the posts within InclusiveOne LLC, the Indiana Code at 16-27-2-5 specifies that a person who operates a home health agency under IC 16-27-1 may not employ a person to provide services in a patient’s or client’s temporary or permanent resident if that person’s national criminal history check or expanded criminal history check indicates that the person has been convicted of any of the following: rape, criminal deviate conduct, exploitation of an endangered adult, failure to report battery, neglect or exploitation of an endangered adult, or theft.
If the post applied for requires a Disclosure as indicated in the job description, you should disclose information of all spent and unspent convictions as well as details of any cautions, reprimands or final warnings, whether in the United States or abroad.
