Listing Marketing Service Agreement* This field is required.As outlined below, agent agrees to the following terms and the responsibilities both parties are subject to follow: Fees and Cancellations: Agents are to pay the corresponding package fee once billed through agent invoice at the end of the month the services have been fulfilled (around listing date). If you do not, or you are unable, to pay the full invoice amount, the remaining fee will come out of your next commission check. If your listing is cancelled, agent leaves brokerage, or any other reason for break in service, agent is responsible for paying for all fees incurred to the brokerage for services and products provided and ordered thus far. Any alterations or additions to the marketing package, requested by the agent, are subject to incur additional costs. Package prices are as follows: Basic - $265 Standard - $885 Premium - $1,285 Timeline of Deliverables: Agent acknowledges that it is advised to order a ‘Basic Package’ at least 7 days (5 business days) and a ‘Standard’ or ‘Premium’ Package at least 10 days (8 business days) prior to the active listing date. Within 3 days of order, or 7 business days prior to list date, it is advised that the photography appointment takes place for ‘Standard’ and ‘Premium’ packages.* These time advisories are set to best ensure that all products can be delivered as close as possible to the listing date. However, ordering at advised times does not guarantee that outside vendors will provide their services by the listing date, this is only the ‘best case’ based on provided details from vendors. *If the photography appointment happens later than advised, your custom for sale sign will not include photos of your listing. Documentation: Agents take full responsibility for any inaccuracies marketed due to incorrectly written information sent to the marketing team by the agent. Hours Available: Agent acknowledges that orders are processed weekdays between 8:30am and 2:30pm. This will constitute as a business day when placing your order. Templating and Customization: All provided materials will come from templates. Any requests for customization or alteration needs to be communicated upon day of order. Agent Responsibilities: Agent concedes that – while the marketing team is responsible for the services outlined in the “Listing Marketing Service Expectations” Sheet, agents still retain responsibility for, but not limited to: Placement of directional signsEntering listing info and photos into MLS Providing accurate listing information in a timely manner Placing a ‘Post Placement Flag’ so that we or Realty Sign Installation can place your post sign Being available for and responsive to requests of information from marketing team if necessary for clarification and scheduling Stay up to date with marketing package progress by checking your emails All other marketing related to the property (outside of what is provided) unless otherwise discussed Off Market Notice: Agent is responsible for notifying marketing team of any changes in status or price within 48 hours of the change so that necessary actions can be taken.
