  • Each booth includes:

    - 8' high back drape

    - 42" high side drape

    -(1) 6' draped table

    -(2) chairs

    -(1) wastebasket

    -(1) 7" x 44" one-line identification sign with your show logo

    - (2) meal plans - each plan includes Icebraker Party on Sunday, breakfast, lunch and (1) snack breaks on Monday 

  • Any additional exhibitor services must be arranged directly through AEX Convention Services. This includes storing and handeling of exhibitor materials, providing electricity or running water at booth, etc. To receive an AEX Convention Services registration packet, please call AEX Convention Services at (609) 272-1600.
