About the Baltimore Museum of Art's Internship Program
The BMA hosts Internships throughout the year (Fall, Spring, Summer). Each season provides unique opportunities that are related to current projects, programs, and exhibitions that BMA staff are working on. BMA Interns work for 15 hours a week for 8 week periods and are paid a stipend. International students/workers are welcome to apply but please note we cannot sponsor an individual's VISA. Applicants should have work authorization before applying for an Internship.

Thanks to a generous gift from the Joshua Johnson Council, one Intern will be selected to be funded through their program. In addition to the stipend, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to connect with the Council to network with professionals who are working to uplift BIPOC artists and arts professionals. Applicants who identify as BIPOC and/or come from underrepresented cultural communities will be considered.
