    • Has your bin been missing for more than 48hrs?

If you have moved into a new build property please select the option 'I am moving into a new build or recently subdivided property'.

  • Damaged info

    • Visible from the road
    • Not behind a locked gate

  • Bin not emptied info

  • Your bin may not have been emptied if:

    • it wasn’t on the kerbside by 6am - please note: routes and drivers can change at short notice, your collection may not be at the same time every week
    • it was overfilled - you must be able to close and latch the lid
    • it was too heavy for the mechanical arm on the truck to lift safely
    • it had unacceptable items in it and has been stickered
    • the wrong bin was out (you can check this by searching your address on the  toogoodtowaste.nz  web app).

Please wait until after 4pm to report a missed collection as the trucks may still be completing their routes.
