  • Subscription Renewal
    Your subscription will continue for the chosen period and you will be quoted for renewal closer to the expiry.  Cancellation is required in writing to accounts@voicex.com.au no later than 7 days prior to the expiry date.

  • Subscription Renewal
    Your subscription will continue to be direct debited each month until notified otherwise.  Cancellation is required in writing to accounts@voicex.com.au and will go into effect before the next billing period. 

  • Author Details

    Please list details for each Dragon author profile. The email address will become the users "Dragon User Log In ID". NOTE: Each author profile will require a Dragon Medical One license.
  • Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard or direct debit from your nominated bank account.

    Upon submission of this form you will be redirected to the Westpac Payway Customer Vault to securely supply your preferred payment details.

    Clients who select the 12-month or 2-year Upfront subscription options may select to pay upon invoice.

    Payment will be processed and a tax invoice will be issued upon the creation of your Dragon Medical One subscription.

    Subscriptions with monthly and quarterly payment terms will be processed on the 1st of each month.
