Notice to Address Who Provided Authority to Declare Our Government a Democracy
Notice to Agent is Notice to Principle and Notice to Principle is Notice to Agent
I, ___________________, one of the People (as seen in the 50 State Constitutions), Sui Juris, serve you this notice that you and all your agents may provide clarity and immediate due care:
Please take notice I have witnessed, through political speeches, political rhetoric, legislation, and executive orders, that our Indentured Trustees are promoting, advocating, and deceiving the people into believing that our form of government is something other than republican form. The People alone, hold the expressed right to change, alter, or abolish our government, not our Indentured Trustees. (See Evidence Below)
"All Political Power is inherent in the People, and all free governments are founded on the people's authority and instituted for their benefit. The faith of the people of Texas stands pledged to the preservation of a republican form of government, and subject to this limitation only, they have at all times the inalienable right to alter, reform, or abolish their government in such manner as they may think expedient." Texas Constitution Article 1 Section 2
Please take notice that every Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branch Officer are indentured trustees and servants of the People, and at all times accountable to them. (See Evidence Below)
"All government, of right, originates with the people, is founded upon their will only, and is instituted solely for the good of the whole. Public officers are the trustees and servants of the people and are at all times amenable to them." Georgia Constitution, Article 1 Section 2 Paragraph 2
Please take notice that am aware that each indentured trustee accepted the terms of their employment, upon reciting and signing of their Oath of Office, to defend and protect the United States Constitution and the 50 State Constitutions. (See evidence Below)
"This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States." United States Constitution Article VI Clause 2 and Clause 3
Please take notice that your Oath of Office binds you to uphold the Constitution, which states that we are guaranteed a "Republican Form of Government". (See evidence below)
"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence." United States Constitution Article 4 Section 4
Please take notice that indentured trustees may only act upon that which they have been given expressed authority and permission to do and nothing more. Performing actions which step outside of your Trust Indenture would be a trespass against the People and such actions require accountability. (See evidence below)
Maxim: 11s. One lawfully commanding must be obeyed. Jenk. Cent. 120.
