  • Subscription Renewal
    Your subscription will continue for the chosen period and you will be quoted for renewal closer to the expiry. Cancellation is required in writing to accounts@voicex.com.au no later than 7 days prior to the expiry date.

  • Auto Renewal
    Your subscription will continue to be direct debited each month until notified otherwise. Cancellation is required in writing to accounts@voicex.com.au and will go into effect before the next billing period.

  • Existing Dragon Profiles

    Unless otherwise requested above, all Dragon user profile will remain unchanged upon renewal. Your existing username, password and all customisations will continue as per your existing agreement.
  • Payment Terms

  • Upon submission of this form a Tax invoice will be generated and sent to you for payment. 

    Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard or direct debit from your nominated bank account. Please note at 1.8% credit card surcharge is applicable for all credit card payments.

    Clients who select the monthly payment options will be redirected to pur secure payway system to submit payment details for direct debit. 

    Subscriptions with monthly payment terms will be processed on the 1st of each month.
