The information below is required to claim a HAA county record.
If the record was shot at a club target day then the claim will be sent to the Club Records Officer for validation.
The following information will be published on the HAA online channels (currently the county website and Facebook): name, gender, age category, club, bow type, round, score, date shot and competition name. This information will be published for as long as the score is a county record.
The claim form information will be deleted either when the claim is rejected or 12 months after the claim is ratified.
The published information will be held permanently as an archive of county records.
