The National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs (National Center), an initiative of the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers, offers monthly virtual learning opportunities to share the latest knowledge in the emerging field of complex care, build the complex care community, and uplift the voices of individuals with lived experience of complex health and social needs and those in underrepresented communities.
The National Center is holding an open call for webinar proposals through January 18, 2023. Free of charge and hosted through Zoom, the selected hour-long webinars will feature subject matter experts across the country covering a range of topics relevant to the field of complex care, and will be held throughout 2023.
Your lived experience and your work in the field make you content experts, and we want to give you the platform to share your expertise with complex care practitioners and decision-makers across the country. Priority will be given to webinars that include a community member/consumer of complex care as a primary presenter and content expert.
Please refer to the request for proposals (RFP) document here for more information.
Use the form below to submit a webinar proposal by January 18, 2023. If you have any questions, please contact Alex Lipira at alipira@camdenhealth.org.
