Sales Tax Exemptions
Cofactr provides a number of services that are subject to sales tax in some states.
1. Our platform subscription fees are taxable as SaaS in some states
2. Purchase of parts using Cofactr is taxable tangible personal property in most states
3. The logistics services we provide is a taxable service in New York State, where our logistics facility is located
If you are tax-exempt in any state, we recommend you read this guide to sales tax with Cofactr to ensure you are providing the correct tax exemption documents.
